OUR CLASSES

Small Group Training

Take your fitness to the next level or jump start your routine!  Meet weekly with one of our expert trainers in a group of two to four clients, and have customized workouts to best suit your needs and target your goals.  Along the 8 weeks, you’ll benefit from the knowledge of a trainer and with small groups comes motivation and encouragement as you all work toward your individual goals.  The decision is easy because these groups allow for that individual trainer attention at an affordable price! And with that individual attention from an expert trainer, comes the results you’ve been looking for.  Whether it’s weightloss, energy, building strength, endurance, physique, or overall health improvement, we can get you there!  And we’ll have some fun in the process.

l SMALL GROUPS: Train once a week for 8 weeks starting the week of  March 4th.

(GROUPS OF 2 – 4; $200 FOR ALL 8 TRAININGS OR $120 FOR ALL 8 30 MIN. TRAININGS)

l FIT OVER 50: We will focus on muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio endurance, flexibility, and body composition. We will work on agility and balance too. We will work at a low/moderate levels of intensity. Throughout our 8 weeks together you will be able to notice your body becoming stronger and have more energy!

l FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

l STRAIGHT UP FITNESS: Get back to the basics. This is personal training with an emphasis on posture and core! This multi-tasking group will work on posture and strength. Expect to get stronger, improve your performance in the gym and in every day life!

l STRENGTH TRAINING: We will learn proper technique for weightlifting, while incorporating accessory movements that will aid in improving those lifts and get stronger by the week!
