Weightlifting 101

Do you sometimes see a barbell and get nervous? Do you feel intimidated by heavier weights? Is it because you don’t know how to use them?

Join Maria as she guides you through a 4-week workshop all about the barbell. She will explain the basics of how to do movements with proper form to help your fitness journey with strength exercises.
