This is the question we get asked the most:  Are group classes included in the membership? The answer is yes, ALL group classes are included in your membership, along with 24 hour access to our fitness center.  We make fitness easy for busy lifestyles!

Class Descriptions:

30-Minute Abs: A power-packed 30 minutes designed to effectively build a strong core.

Barre: Our Barre classes integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. Our low impact 1-hour class targets all major muscle groups using both the ballet barre and the mat.

Body Fit: A thorough fusion fitness class combining strength training, Fit Ball, balance, and flexibility for all levels.

Cycle: This indoor cycling class consists of cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat roads, sprints, endurance, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level. This class is great for beginner to advanced participants, because you set your own resistance levels. Grab water and a towel, and get your sweat on!

Foam Roller Stretch: Improve core, stability, balance, posture, and alignment, plus stretch with resistance bands.

Gentle Yoga: This class is for all levels with a slower pace to focus on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress.

HIIT Circuit: a higher level intensity circuit based class – participant self paced. Heavy weights, cardio conditioning, short interval circuit rotation designed to rev heart rate & increase metabolic output.

Pilates: A unique class designed to build core strength and gain flexibility. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm.

PiYo: A fusion of Pilates and Yoga, this class is designed for muscle endurance and toning of all major muscle groups using free weights, bands, stability, and weight.

Power Intervals: A variety of high intensity intervals leaving you leaner, more fit, stronger, and faster with everything from calisthenics to cardio to weight training.

Pure Strength: Purely Strength Training Class. In this low impact class expect to focus on major muscle groups each with emphasis on form. We set cardio aside for this class and work on defining those muscles with weights. Come get a tighter physique and build a stronger body through specific reps to get that transformation look you’ve been looking for! (formerly known as Power Sculpt)

SAIL: Stay Active and Independent for Life- It combines gentle cardio work with balance exercises and strength training in a fun environment to create strength and stability. All levels welcome. This is a WA. Dept.of Health approved class.

Strength & Tone: Primary focus on total body conditioning using free weights & resistance exercises to enhance muscle tone & strength.

TRX: Born in the Navy SEALs, suspension training and body weight exercise develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

Yoga: Create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

Zumba: Burn 800 to 1000 calories while moving to a Latin beat! A fun and effective cardio workout designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. It’s a dance party!

Zumba Gold: Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pace to suit the needs of the active older participant as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Zumba Toning: Zumba Toning is a calorie-burning workout that combines the fun of Zumba with light weights and controlled movements to tone and sculpt muscles.
