FIGURES WOD (workout of the day)
Are you looking for a creative, fun and energizing workout? Our signature “FIGURES WOD” is designed to improve your conditioning and knowledge with fitness, cardio, and overall health using timed rounds, circuits, AMRAPS and EMOTM type intervals. DO NOT fret… this class is designed to teach you all the fun lingo as well. You can expect a full-body workout using a variety of functional and explosive movements performed with the use of hand held weights, kettlebells and plates. We, The FIGURES WOD SQUAD will do our best to leave you feeling confident and wanting more. This workout will be a great place to start to grow your confidence and strength to progress you into classes such as Strength & Conditioning and HIIT MET CON.
CHEERS TO GETTING YOU STARTED: What does AMRAP mean? It means As Many Rounds As Possible. Also known as conditioning/endurance type training. What does EMOTM mean? It means Every Minute On The Minute. Also known as Strength type training.

Our 30 minute signature, creative high impact, BODY WEIGHT ONLY cardio class will focus on your conditioning using high intensity, fast movements and loud music. You can expect to move quickly through a tabata type circuit with active recovery. You will use the power and explosiveness of your own body with plyometrics and calisthenics. This class is designed for the busy woman who is looking for a fun, efficient, and effective fat burning workout that will be sure to keep your body energized for the remainder of the day. If you are looking for nothing but relaxation, this class was specifically designed for you! Yin Yoga is a practice that incorporates deep, prolonged stretches designed to release, both muscular and mental tension. You can expect to move slowly and gently through postures held for several minutes, often supported with props for your comfort. Your instructor will guide you into deep relaxation using relaxing, soft music allowing your body and mind to feel limber and rejuvenated.
CYCLE & FIT
The perfect complement to your ride! This cycle plus class is designed to strengthen your whole body and increase your cardio endurance using strength training intervals. You can expect cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistant levels on the bike as well as a strengthening exercises. This fun fusion of strength and cardio will allow you to have the best of both worlds.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This advanced class will be a game changer! Your physical and emotional capabilities will be tested with a total body conditioning workout that involves a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training), resistance training, plyometrics, calisthenics, and agility. You can expect to increase your strength, power and conditioning using a variety of resistance equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and battle ropes. This class is strategically designed with exercises and circuits needed to improve your overall health and athletic performance.
HIIT (high intensity interval training)
Are you ready to sweat? This moderate to high intensity 40 minute cardio based workout is uniquely designed to work for both the beginner and the most advanced. You can expect to rotate through cardio conditioning stations, followed by short and sometimes active recovery periods using a variety of exercise movements and light resistance equipment. You can expect to be left feeling awesome and sweaty.
