DETAILS: Groups limited to two to four clients to one trainer meeting weekly for 8 weeks. Groups start the week of March 6th.
8:20-8:50 am (Senior Strength w/ WD)
11-12pm (Posture Therapy w/ AW)
6:30-7pm (Advanced Heavy Bag w/ KK)
6-7am (Eat – Train – Grow w/ NR)
8:30-9:30am (Healthy Eating & Movement w/ NR)
1-2pm (Flex/Mobility w/ HS) – FULL
8:20-8:50 am (Senior Core/Balance w/ WD)
8:20-8:50 am (Zumba w/ WD)
3:30-4:30pm (Flex/Mobility w/ HS)
5-6pm (Lifting & Strength Training w/ NR)
