Time to share a bit about my story of how I got into fitness since I am heading into my 2nd bulk 💪🏼

For the longest time I would go to the gym, throw some weights around, do some cardio, eat healthy for the most part & I would wonder why am I not seeing the results that I want to see?? I was so frustrated because I thought I was doing everything right.

I had been workout out at Figures for about a year before I decided to make one of the best decisions of my life. I started personal training with Nicole Ruel-Webster in the summer of 2019!!

I had goals that I wanted to achieve and she made them come true for me!! (Also, many hours in the gym lol)

She taught me and is still teaching me so much about fitness & nutrition. I am incredibly thankful for her patience & dedication to her clients. Isn’t she amazing?!

Being able to learn proper technique, activation, personalized nutrition & personalized training programs have started to transform my physique & I am thrilled 👏🏼

I have completed my first bulk & shred and I couldn’t have done it without her coaching. She was there for me every step of the way and if you have completed one yourself you know how hard it can be mentally & physically. She pushed me and also encouraged me to listen to my body throughout the process.

I am now heading into my second bulk/shred process because I have big goals for myself for 2020. I feel the strongest I have ever felt mentally and physically! I have my off days like everyone and sometimes I feel like giving up when it gets tough but it’s imported to stay committed for Y O U.

I can’t wait to see what Nicole has in store for our small groups the rest of the year. I am so thankful I joined Figures because everyone there inspires me & it is such a great community to be a part of 🖤
