Training Philosophy: Movement has always been a source of growth for me. Growing up, sports and movement provided opportunities for “structured adversity”. A way to practice overcoming challenges in a safe space. Movement as the potential to strengthen the whole self and thus is a focal point of a healthy, thriving and happy life. Everyone has the right to health and I aim to empower all to discover the joys of movement.
