Training Philosophy:

I have a personal relationship with the yo-yo dieting and all or nothing mentality when it comes to health and fitness. I have lost over 85lbs and counting and can relate to the stigmas in this industry. In dealing with my own bouts of depression, fitness has empowered me. I have fallen in love with taking care of myself and want to take care of others. I believe that everybody should move in a way that feels good. Plus… its cheaper than therapy!
